As a courtesy to our residents, we will create and sign your rent certificate as long as the following holds true:

MEET QUALIFICATIONS

Prior to submitting your rent certificate, you review the qualifications and confirm that you qualify for the homestead credit.

  • Wisconsin homestead credit is available to renters with less than $24,680 in household income
  • Visit this website for more qualifying information

ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL

All balances with Northern Management are paid in full.

  • All payments and balances can be viewed on your tenant portal under Payments > View full account ledger

SUBMIT THE REQUEST

Submit an email requesting your 2022 Rent Certificate to: rentcertificate@northernrent.com Please include

  • Your Name (First & Last)
  • Your Northern Management Address
