Please read and acknowledge the following information before submitting your notice.

It is hereby understood that the submission of this 60 day notice is not valid until I/We receive an email confirmation back from Northern Management stating it was received. It is also understood that no notice is valid unless all parties on the lease agreement have signed and submitted a notice to vacate form in accordance with the lease.

Opt-In

I/We understand that this notice must be received no later than the 1st day of a rental period. Any notice received between the 2nd and 31st days of a month will go into effect the 1st day of the following month. I/We also understand that this notice in no way constitutes the termination of our obligation to pay rent and other associated fees in accordance with our lease with Northern Management. I/We will receive a letter via email that will disclose our obligations disclosed in our lease agreement with Northern Management LLC.
